The return policy applies to any airsoft guns made through Run In Workshop online shop. And you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of the deliver for the return. We reserve all rights to deny any request for returns made after 72 hours of delivery to your address.

The returned item from buyer must fulfill the requirements as below:

Returnable: All types of guns, including AEG and GBB

Not Returnable: Combat Gear, Accessories, Upgrade Parts and Magazines.

All returned goods must be in perfect condition and with all original packaging, manuals and all other supplied accessories, any damage will be assessed by us and the amount of credit will be judged based on whether the returned items was used, missing parts or damaged.

Buyer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for the returned products to us, a 20% restocking fee of the item price would be charged, and you will be credited with 80% of the original value the money will be credited to you once the package has been received by us.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

 

How to Return

Before you return your items, you must contact runinworkshop@gmail.com including your invoice copy or order number and the reason of the return, our CS team will email you back with an approval for the return.

Where we ship:
We ship all over the world where it is legal for countries where there exist requirements regarding the appearance of airsoft guns, we will perform the appropriate modifications prior to shipping.

For countries where airsoft is illegal, shipping is at the customer's own risk and Run In Workshop Specialists will not be held liable for seizures by customs. Please note that we do not ship guns to China, Singapore, Malaysia or Australia.

Please note that we do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes .

All of our items from website (www.runinworkshop.com) would be shipped from our Hong Kong to addresses globally.

How much is shipping? What determines the shipping rate?
That depends on what you are ordering, since shipping costs are highly sensitive to weight and dimensions. The heavier and (or) larger your order is, the more it will cost to ship internationally. However, there are economies of scale and shipping cost per kilogram decreases as the package gets heavier. As such, the per item shipping cost is lowered when you have more items.
If you have friends who live near you, and would like to order as well - you can suggest batching everything into one order to save on shipping costs for everyone.It's always more cost effective to ship more in one package than to ship separately.

The total shipping cost is calculated automatically for your order when you add the item to your shopping cart from within our online store.

We use EMS mailing service in Hong Kong also we will provide tracking number for your reference.
